INGREDIENTS:-
240 g Milk chocolate
4 tbsp Corn flour
4 tbsp All purpose flour (maida)
Method:-
In a heat proof bowl add chopped milk chocolate, sifted maida and cornflour.
Place the bowl on the boiling water and mix it well. Mix till you reach the batter into pipeable consistency.
Pour the batter in the piping bag fitted with rosette nozzle. I'm using Wilton 2D nozzle for piping my cookies or you can use Wilton 1M too. Place a silicon sheet or butter paper on the baking tray and pipe cookies into rosettes.
Preheat oven for 5 mins at 180° degree and place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
Bake for 4 to 6 mins. Keep eye on them because it bakes really fast.
